The challenge of setting up TVCC was accepted by Hilary Higton (RM, RGN), a qualified Midwife and Nurse, in January 2005. Since then she has been joined by two Family and Community Workers -Rebecca Davies and Joanna Morris as well as Sam Billingham who offers vital office support.

All three have experience in their field. Rebecca is a qualified Nursery Nurse (NNEB), Joanna has a degree in Social Welfare and Sam is a qualified Secretary who has also worked as a teaching assistant in a Primary School. Sandra Sharratt, also pictured with the team, is the Manager of Clifton-upon-Teme Early Years Centre (EYC). The EYC is the designated childcare provider for the Centre so works closely with the team.
